My name is Stefanie. I'm the owner of The Local Petal in Prior Lake, MN. My love of flowers blossomed when I began working at a flower shop in 2010 while I studied for a business management degree. I designed wedding bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, table arrangements, memorial pieces, and everything in between. I have also worked at a craft store creating silk arrangements.
My specialties are creating beautiful scent memories and using different flower textures to create stunning bouquets.

Hi there! My name is Rachel, and I run the Local Petal based in Estherville, IA. I've spent the last 13 years working in a floral shop. There, I've had hands-on experience with everything from everyday bouquets and custom arrangements to weddings, funerals, and bringing special events to life. Flowers have always been more than a job to me - they can completely transform a space, make photos feel magical, and brighten someone's entire day.
I'm a creative person who loves working with people. I'm especially passionate about weddings and helping couples create florals that feel personal, beautiful, and true to their style. I'm also slightly obsessed with color palettes, so dreaming up the perfect combination of blooms and tones is one of my favorite parts of the process.
